mx-key interface error - GSM-Forum

i install new version mobileEx_setup_v3.3_rev1.3 but i the ui doesnt load completely

what am i doing wrong i have attached a screenshot, i tried to uninstall , delete mobileEx folder , reinstall but still same error

No any is error check your interface

no problem in mx key i tested all interface is working [jaf or ufs]
i think your window problem

which version was there before and was it working well?if you were using it perfectly before then probably you need to download a fresh copy.after that ensure your interfaces are working well with their original softwares i.e jaf with the jaf software and saras box with the hwk or saras soft on that same computer.after installing there is a window adjacent connect button.right inside that window click in it and it should show you the available interfaces.then press connect.

i mean the window is not showing everything look in the picture in post no. 1 above , what can i do

resinstal jaf driver and work fine for me
