please can someone tell me how can i install mxkey probebly i installed as i know but it does not detected in the software can somone help please

Try to take off and put on the Doogle again, if not, try other usb port.

same problem i have im using windows 7 and i tried windows xp same problem no connection response ... expert please share ... thanks in advance ....

your USB dongle already detected from device manager ?
what your L.E.D status ?

Try to see if the driver of SIM is instaled correctly...

Hi ,
This reminds me of the same problem that I am having.
In Device Manager, mine is detected as "USB TOKEN DEVICE".
This is shown on my Windows XP Computer.The LED brights okay.
When I attach it to my Vista Laptop, The LED justs blinks and the computer just shuts down.
