Mx KEY not connecting


I had reinstalled windows updated every thin still not connecting any phones

wrong answer bro. don't make this mistake of changing BB5 Protocol Type, do only if in between software ask to do so, or you can kill your phone while flashing it's stop in between with error, take precaution & be happy.

Bro. but the location of transistor is same i think so, or upload image of Old Box, 1 more thing reinstall on ver3.5 rev2.0 without synchronize update & check whether it's working or not, if working then may be your synchronize was not fully completed.

bro. better don't play with transistor, install previous version & check whether it's working or not, if same then may be box's program chip not functioning properly & have to purchase new box, so post latest logs after transistor change so resolve.
