mxkey not working after update 3.5 rev1.1
access violation error
reinstall and delete mobileex.xml same problem

Disconect UFS or JAF interface and open mobile.exe.

This is a conflit, use old version 3.4 (2.0).

i have this same problem dude with a computer win xp based but i try in win 7 and work fine at all mxkey and mxbox ready to go

Im also facing the same issue as above and have the exact screenshot he have.
If it is because of the OS that caused this interfaces not to work, then they should have atleast release a system requirements so that the users will not wonder.

I tried reinstalling and installing and deleting the .xml files but still having the same error.

I will try to install a lower version of V5.1.1 and post my reply also..
I will try xe_d_sono suggestion.

hi,
delete mobileex dir, reinstall LAST version, don't forget to exclude it on your antivirus program.

try to disable your antivirus bro and make sure your time and date are set

i have no problem
this is created by our own mistake .
fisrt install 3.5.1.1 mxkey setup .
then update the box property
then update minor updates also.
blakberry
nokia
cdma now available.
then un install ufs old setup & driver.
install 2.2.00 support suite setup
update box properly.
now install main setup 2.2.00
if you have 2 ufs box
then connect both box to usb before installing main setup
box should be connected firt both box then install main set up.
and now put your mxkey dongle in slow usb
and mx box in fast usb
and do usb flashing from another fast usb.
now you mxkey will support box hti box and ufs box. better then before.
