mx key not working properly. - GSM-Forum

hi mx key team,

i have this very strange problem with my mx key. when i try to flash any phone whether dct4 or bb5 it give this error.please look into the problem and please advice solution for this.

ASIC ID: 0x2292 [UPPCosto ver: 1.3]
Missing flash update definition file !
Sorry, Unable to find bootloader for this AsicID !
Processing file: rm305_05.710 as MCU
[DCT4,DCT4 ALGORITHM] size: 2.34 MB
Supported Ids: 2292
ASIC ID: 0x2292 [UPPCosto ver: 1.3]

the same problem is with bb5 phone also. i have tried to reinstall software update the key but problem still same. this problem arise after installing the latest version of software.

check cable,make sure have rx2 pin in BB5 phone
try set fia flash
