dear mx key team!

i have buy a mxkey dongle. have install latest mxkey soft. have registried my card username is berwan, after register card cant login in support site why? and when i open soft after 3 second closed self. what is problem please help me.

First thing is, You only have 3 seconds after program running so, when you select server support menu. It can't be done. And how to get registered if only have 3 seconds. Please, write down your questions correctly

Mean you have registered and driver installed correctly, do you have installed antivirus or any debugger running in your system? If you can open the program then do refresh site list.

yes i have registered my dongle and installed driver correct. i have kaspersky internet security on my system. i cant login to support site. when i open mobileEx 3.3 (rev1.0) in 3 second closed self.
what is there problem???
how can i solve this problem bro?

Did you try to disable your antivirus? It may blocked when try login to support area. Give it try first.

i have disabled antivirus. have same problem. why the mobileex 3.3 closed self????

Maybe this is will clear for you... I can open mobileEx without MXKey plugged. So try to re-installed and delete manually if there's still any folder/files within that folder. Remember to backup your signed file XML. If you already try clean install and problem still exist, try to lookup your system environment, maybe there's any apps that cause this problem.

i have uninstall mobileex. have ready backup my mobileex.xml file. disabled antivirus. install again and have same problem. ****ttttttt
