Thanks for your prompt response. There is no server available on the server list. But if I click on server list button, mx-key freezes and need to restart my laptop...very strange!!!!

hi, just checked.
no problem with your card on server.

MXKEY - Online
http://host2.mxkey.biz
MXKEY - Online

can this 3 link redirect you automatically to mxkey homepage?

if all seems to be ok, you should see the server list from mxkey program.

hi,
first, sorry for the complicated steps i try to give.

Open mobileEx.xml (by default, it's located on C:\mobileEx\3.4)

You will see like this,

Code:
<mobileEx>
<application>
<serverIdentity>
<serverList host.1="www.mxkey.biz" host.2="id.mxkey.biz" host.3="nkrpl.biz"/>
<blade host.1="host4.mxkey.biz"/> << Put here the link that most work for you
could be 1st link or 3rd link given above. - without http
</serverIdentity>
<applicationIdentity>
<securitySolution>
bla..bla..bla......
hope you got i'm trying to say.

hi sebasto,
pinging feature on server are disabled (all of them), you will end up with RTO.
the best way to check which one is good is by redirect method as described above.
