mx key security dongle not detected (ANSERED) - GSM-Forum

what happen to my mx key,i installed new version of its software 3.4 ver.1.2 security dongle not detected,is seen on the display,smart card has been detected and drivers were installed succesfully,bet still security dongle is not detected,i try to plug the dongle on different usb ports but it shows the same problem,i tried to uninstall and install software and its drivers but the problem still persist,please help me!

try to remove the smart card and put it back then check once had that problem and was smartcard

reinstall 3.5rev1.4 with all driver option ticked.
pay attention on driver removal, give answer: NO

hi..,

just update your smart card driver using dont search and have disk..

then choose this file.. "HTIWINUSB "inside C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti

IF you can't do it by yourself you can pm me..*Like This One

i saw over and over again in this section blaming manole , mxkey team but unfortunately..the problem is at users side..
