Mx-key software cant detect interface box - GSM-Forum

I have tried to use my mx-key software but it cannot detect any of intrface boxes.i use jaf and hwk sarasoft on the same computer i installed mx-key but when i start my mx-key software and try to run it no box is detected for interface.soon after if i try to jaf it can run with jaf box connected if its saras software it also runs smoothly.what could b the problem.i bought this key nearly two months ago.please help.

remover all drivers and install again . orther wise u have to reinstall main software

i have tried all that but did not work.i have tried on a new computer and installed the ufs drivers that are in the mx folder.still the problem is the same.i have tried reinstalling but the problem is still there
