Mx-Key Team getting Socket error (10060)

Dear MX-Key Team,

I have formatted my PC I have installed 3.4 (rev1.0) delete all previous ver folder.

Please advise I am getting Socket error (10060): Connection timed out.

1) Cannot Sing Application.
2) Server list also not getting.

My Details are:

Serial: C0807906
FW version: 00.20
Counter remain: 95.42%
Licenses: 0 = True
1 = True
2 = True
-
Registered to: HELLO CARE

iam also facing same problem from three days it is working with BSNL broadband when i use TATA photon it is getting that error. soo i need to use in tata photon soo anybody have solution of this please give the solution. thank in advance

Dear Frnds,

Anti virus is not installed. this is without anti virus im getting the error. earlier it is working fine 3.3 ver 1.8 fix is working fine. after installed latest version 3.4 ver 1.0 I cannot sing application. I am also using Tata Photon which is earlier it was working fine.

MX-Key Team what to do?

I also working with photon it is working good before. now it is not working with photon. it is working with BSNL without any problem than the problem may in photon may be some setting is is there.

Dear Friends,

Still no success, tried to changes in xml file also.

My Counter remain: 95.42% to Counter remain: 95.28% losing counter also.

Waiting for good solution.

In India all of them having this problem.

i have pronounced that u r using tata indicom internet connection. (ISP)
just use other . airtel, vodafone, reliance n ur problem will b solved 100%

there's another way also. open mx key software. click on options,
select server ,check mark and select use proxy . in the box given for ip address put. 204.14.41.206. in the port option put 8080. then u can work
with your present connection . u get server list and all works ok

Earlier It was working fine with Tata Photon earlier, after 3.4 it is not working. then i have to buy new any other connections. spend more Rs.3000/- that your solution?

It is working now i can see servier list after putting ip address 204.14.41.206 port 8080.
