it is working with this suggestion. i think you should start a new thread solution for this problem without searching the whole thread.

Well i had this problem with my PC but not in my laptop.

Starting application sign request ...
Socket error (10060): Connection timed out
Socket error (10061): Connection refused
Socket error (10060): Connection timed out

please help!

with proxy settings it shows this error message

Till now we detected in India 1 Internet Service Provider who is blocking access
to MXKEY servers. This is TATA Indicom service provider.

Please use proxi if you have this error or use other ISP.

Probably there is need help of some users who already have a valid proxi working,
please post it here in help for other users who have this problem.

i am using Photon + and it works well with my laptop but doesn't work with my PC. i think i'll try some more tricks on my PC

Dear Friends,

Here is the answer for your question:

1) Starting application sign request ...
Ans: You have to copy MobileEX.xml file from your previous version and past in to 3.4 ver 1.0 folder. It will not ask for application sign request.

2) Socket error (10060): Connection timed out
Ans: You have to use Proxi setting for Tata Photon+ use IP address 204.14.41.206 Port. 8080. (for other provider you have to ask to internet provider for IP address)

3) Socket error (10061): Connection refused
Ans: You have to open MobileEx.xml in notepad and change <blade host.1="host4.mxkey.biz"/> host1, host2, host3 or host4 and save it. which one is working for you. you will get server list.

Please let me know.
