mxTool v1.4 documentation

[A]. Activation procedure:

1. Open mxTool.exe.
2. Click Info, "Registration" button visible if dongle is not yet activated.
3. Click "Registration", Activation window will show.
4. Enter valid(will required for future updates) information such as:
username,password, email ...etc.
############## WARNING ############
The username and password are case sensitive, be carefully filling the data !!!
5. Click Activate.
6. IF all procedure corrected, on window will show 'Activation done, you can now login to website.'
7. "Use the your username and password that used when register" to login to http://id.mxkey.biz
8. Done.


[B]. Virtual COM re-activation procedure:

1. Activate MXKEY as on procedure 'A'
2. Install mobileEx_setup_v2.0.exe or Newer (download from http://id.mxkey.biz if you dont have yet)
3. Open mobileEx.exe, on message dialog will show
if your licence code is VCOM activated, 'Virtual COM licence signature has been updated, please update MXKEY using mxTool ...'.
4. open mxTool.exe,.
5. Click Info, "Update VCOM" will show.
6. Click "Update VCOM", wait till finish and show 'Virtual COM licence updated successfully'.
7. Done.


[C]. Virtual COM activation procedure:


1. Activate MXKEY as on procedure 'A'
2. Install mobileEx_setup_v2.0.exe or Newer (download from http://id.mxkey.biz if you dont have yet)
3. Open mobileEx.exe, goto tab updates "VCOM registration".
enter your licence code when asked,
############## WARNING ############
"VCOM activation is not FREE !!!", contact your reseller for price.
4. open mxTool.exe,.
5. Click Info, "Update VCOM" will show.
6. Click "Update VCOM", wait till finish and show 'Virtual COM licence updated successfully'.
7. Done.


[D]. Dongle Update procedure:

1. Activate MXKEY as on procedure 'A'
2. open mxTool.exe,.
3. Click Info, "Update FW" will show.
4. Click "Update FW", software will perform update if found, just follow the log text and wait till finish .
5. Done.

this time only mxkey is not to update!

if need update dongle frimware
please use last mobileex software update.

last mobileex software update install in my pc and costumar pc and i have face some error
software complately install in my pc but can't open software
i have sell resently 15 key and 13 costomer face this problem
and 2 costomer operate sucessfully
key is okey but problem is software exe
plz help me immejetly and new exe generated

will be check
