Double-click .... and nothing !!!

I wait...and wait.... NOTHING !!! Any ideea ?

I don`t have virus...i use KAV 2010 !! I disable the antivirus and NOTHING !!

Mx-key is compatible with procesor core2duo 2Ghz intel ? T7250 ?

On p4 3Ghz single core work perfect !!!

Maybe your anti-virus blocked the start-up of mxkey, add mxkey to exclusion. It always happen to those who are using kaspersky.

can be from pkey driver to ,
not install correctly

i already experienced that problem, my solution is uninstall the kav, ang install another antivirus,
now my problem is solved! i am using avast 4.8 now.

i am use windows xp2 my mxkey working vell ... this is u r anti vires problem

i have the same problem. today i recived my mx key and i cant run on xp sp2 ,nothing happen, i use KIS 7.0 (kaspersky) , i already try remove old smart drivers, install framework , and add mobileEx to exclusion on KIS, and nothing.
i dont want remove KIS because i like this antivirus.

Any other sugestt/ solutions
