you have two servers for rpl.try with other .anyway online logger for DCT4+ down now a days after some wait may be you can do it

that is when you tick the CHECK BUS button if the imei restore succesfully then reflash it write good pm and unlock.

The important is, MXKey Team must fix this error issue because too many user face this problem. If this error come from mobileEx then fix it first before release new version. And if error caused by connection try to make new solutions.

My question is, where you hosted this service? in dedicated server or not? And for sub-domain service, can accessible from each country? Because, idle domain can caused this.

Sorry, if i wrong for in this point because i don't know exactly what the problem is.
