MX-Team Must Rectify This Problem - GSM-Forum

A lot of customers are crying they can not update HTI, Me too have this problem. I have done all necessary steps which the product supporter have told in their posts but sorry to say
1- changed PC but faild
2- Changed windows but faild, in xp faild and windows 7 faild
3- Used latest setup
4- disabled anti virus but faild
5- select all servers one by one but faild

Use HTI update in MobileEx software. Don't use HTI Updater.exe, not working.

please update mxkey!! my mxkey is full counters and new..please mxkey team do some thing 4 us..servers are fully closed plz plz plz

I have also 3 pc where update not work, everytime i have time out. This is one pc with gigabyte board, one Sony Vaio laptop and one Samsung laptop. With my old service pc with real old asus board update works, also with my old Dell C610 Laptop.

It seems, that box do not work with some chipsets, box don´t come to special mode for updating so sw will not recognized box. I have done with xp, vista, win7. It´s equal which windows i´m using, i think this must be usb hw problem on motherboard

We already done this, Did all this but same, not update, now then

Are follow the on screen intruction carefully?
1. Open MobileEx software, Click Update HTI button.
2. unplug HTI and replug (follow the on screen intruction)
3. unplug HTI and replug (follow the on screen intruction) for the 2nd time
4. Wait till update process complete
5. Restart MobileEx software.
6. All Done.

How many mxbox you got with you ?
Just one ? Can you chk what is PCB version: V3 or V4 ?

what is diffirent pcb v3 and v4 and in v3 one processor (u2) what is future of this missing ic

problem, on win 7 work perfect, on xp not install drivers, error 10
