mxbox cannot detect any phone??? ## (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

my new mxbox cannot phone, means no local mode, no test mode, even bus check no response... cable is good and phone is ok. when inserted in other box its detetcts phone, can flash etc...

any config on mxbox to be able to detect phone???

hi,
make sure that your HTI box is updated.

- download 3.5rev1.2
- plug the box, install 3.5rev.1.2 with all drivers option ticked.
pay attention on driver removal, answer: NO, rest of them: YES.
- open HTIUpdate.exe inside C:\mobileEx\3.5.

- Do not plug HTI into computer, press "Update HTI"

- Plug HTI into usb cable IMMEDIATELY

- Just wait until it done.

on OK device manager should be appearing like bellow

hti box is recognized in the software no problem in the drivers...

problem is cannot detect phone...i used other hti box and it detects phone, going local mode or test mode.,..

i think the problem is in the hti box that cannot detect phone only lights blinking as if it reading the phone but cannot detect it...

so your computer is OK. please send this HTI back to your reseller for FREE replacement.
it's 6 months warranty.

..shipping cost is exclude, of course..

i have the same problem after upgraded to rev 1.3. Box seen ok in device manager and worked fine till update

you know what i was really disappointed when my reseller says "no waranty" HTIBOX no waranty!!!

anyways i solved my problem w/ my HTI since its no waranty i open it and found out the some pins in rj45 has not been soldered...

after soldering it works detecting phone ok...

My reseller also said that there is no waranty for HTI box !!!!

My box can't dectet phone ont local-test mode.
