Mxbox error not detecting box (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

After installing freshly in a new pc one time it started and signed the application and it requires restart of application at this moment when the application starts up i got this error message when you click ok and continue you can see no dongle detected pls advice.

The error is

MxKey Team HTI Flasher Interface (WinUSB) 3
The card has been reset so any shared information is invalid

for sure, your smart card subsystem is *****.

what is your windows version?
make sure you're using NORMAL OS, instead of any alien edition.

win7 is recommended.

I think it will be better always to specify minimum requirements for Mxbox regarding the hardware and software.so that all people can install the correct version instead of getting in to problems.

(Anti-virus Disable) again Download Latest version and Install 100% Work.

Even tried b4 installing antivirus a very strange problem wht do u mean by new usb driver for m/b usb drivers are taken automatically.regarding hti drivers it was taken from hti only

brother i had the same problem and i did it, go to device manager you will see a yellow sign at HTI driver.right click on the HTI driver and choose update driver then remove your HTI box and install driver from the browse option your problem will be solved

All drivers are loaded properly no yellow exclamation.but still the problem
