After ver3.5 rev1.7 my hti (green) is not working on buscheck for bb5

What is the solution for this?

This is not solution.

bcp69 is ok.
The problem is in the processor. The processor does not drive transistor which must submit voltage to RJ45. There's nothing burning. I think it's a software problem. You must buy the orange HTI box ???!!!!??? This is the truth. And I do not like, but this is reality.

My reseller was I-pmart. I think that is the problem. We don't any guilt about the relationship between Manole and I-pmart.

What is your version of HTI box?
My version is 4. My problem is in a processor. I don't know what is happened. I have many supposition........

In my case I cant belive in hardware failure.

I was with a nokia E71 connected and I readed it on old version (rev1.6), then I decided update the hti because of the bug reading phones' SHA file for brute force procedure. After updating to ver3.5 rev1.7 my hti (green) is not working on buscheck for bb5, it starts but stops on eBB5ProtocolType: OLD and after some time shows ERROR: Packet Error(0xAA), code 0xC1000003.

I'm sure that is a failure caused after updating.
