That is what you do not understand, nor you do not want.
No one destroyed anything.
There is this bug in NXP IC and that is why we had to change and design a totally new box from scratch.

Here are some questions for you:
Do you know how much work involved in a new box design for hardware ?
Do you know how much time spent to write the boot for a new IC ?
Do you know we stop selling old box when we was aware of this bug and I still have ~20k pcs in stock ?

If there are users who was not lucky with both, the faulty box and his reseller, we are in the way to implement an system for them to be able to purchase this new box at a lower price.

For users who bought mxbox and resellers said to them there is no warranty, next time think twice when you buy from this resellers any kind of box because if you got in problem he will not help you.

you find this bug in NXP IC before you lunch new update

why you dont stop your update's till this bug fixed or make note for your customers .

for new box i cant talk about it now ,mybe after see this product and when it work and see what is released in new update !
