Good afternoon. please tell me whether it mxkey program can anyone fix. all the time is something any errors. simlock repair generally does not work. bb5 flash also will not work normally. all kinds of errors. I am disappointed mxkey product.

UN-install software, delete mobileEx folder , Restart System and Re-install mobileEx setup

maybe u forgot to tick "make simlock rpl"
try that and see
