since this update program will not load blackberry in drop down list can team advise for solution please always thankful.

no the blackberry is instaled normaly for me

try uninstall all prograùme then delet folder mobile.exe then reintall aplication and make synshronise all update

tried already result same also a friend of mine synchronized files and his mxkey stop working.

hi,
- delete C:\mobileEx
- reinstall 3.5rev.1.2, do app sign, do synchronize files.

post screen shot for further error.

did every thing you said but still blackberry dont load for me i cant seem to find what is causing problem.
