MxKey cant run. Gives me error. - GSM-Forum

Hello dear forum users.
I had problem with MxKey.
When i try to run it, Mobile gives me a error Unexpected error 0:00723D00:00022800(2.5.1.2600), Not supported OS subsystem!

I had already reinstalled 5-10 times Rockey 200 driver from
C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\drivers\card\FT2K but this wont help.
I`m very sad and tired.

I dont believe that andybody answer in this thread or forum.

Windows XP Pro English SP3 MSDN with latest updates. Windows installed today!

check for viruses....

test for compatibility Mode (right click icon => Properties => Compatibility tab => clear check or experimen ones work with you).

try on clean install (OS + Drivers + AV + MX-Key)

Its installed yesterday new OS!! Its clean and only with AV and latest updates. Not any virus cant be in system because all HDD drives controlled twice.
Compatibility mode also tried. I heard from this forum and from Google that this problem occurs with Rockey 200 driver what are included with MobileEx 3.4 Rev 1.8

P.S. What I had installed after fresh OS installing.
1.SeTool 2 Box + software v1.01 and e-gate_3.0.6_xp2k.
2.UFS3 Micro Edition with UFS+HWK Suites.
3.MxKey what currently wont work and wont run.

When i put MxKey dongle in to USB led light is blue. When i true to run MobileEx MxKey dongle starting blinking with red and blue like police machine

. But same time when it blinking nothing work in system and when i take out usb dongle from PC MobileEx give me error "Unexpected error 0:00723D00:00022800(2.5.1.2600), Not supported OS subsystem! "

It would be some SeTool 2 Box and MxKey drivers problem?
