Member: 73565 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5,062 | blinking led indicates HTI FW problem. please update HTI. try to update first your HTI box. - do not plug hti to pc - install 3.5rev1.9 - open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection - press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately. - proceed with driver installation after update FW is done. |

Member: 1716971 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | Hello all, I try to install an orange mxbox hti plus for an customer but without succes for 2 days, I installed several and thise one I can not at all :s i tried all mothods listed on gsmhosting and web, on several pc, xp win7 x86 x64 same probleme all install oki but when i lunch mobilEx box disconect connet and no security dongle, try to updat firmwire, try to reinstall instal manualy driver smart card reader, hti, removed the card and cleaned but same probleme no security dongle. failed card reader ? here is 2 screensho when i lunch updat hti disconnect after updat connect: Capture1.PNGCapture2.PNG |
