have same issue in windows 8
step taken
1.turn off firewall
2. reinstall setup mxkey
3. redownload setup
4. reinstalled setup

but when open the applicaton error comes in fron
" MXKEY Excutable .....Mxkey executable has stopped working .... a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the rogram and notify you if a solution is available.

Please help

All that's not working the solution is to run the capability as window xp(service pack 3) its working fine .................................................. ............................................Goodlu ck
