hi i have mxkey and hwk i can read phones info but when i want to unlock or flash every time i have ram problem i have changed downloader folder but same problem.what do i do now i have latest version please mxkey team help me .sorry for my bad english

sometimes cable problem, but mostly on the interface too, try to use JAF as interface.

Use MT-BOX or UB work fine.

I THINK thats he ask about mx and he dont have jaf,so why u think thats have another tool like mt or ub

about ram problem in dct4 its usualy from cable
some times in some models its from mx cant send the right loder 2 phone

check your cable. are you sure it's a good cable? can ufs flash with this cable?

i have same problem !
Cable is ok, i can flash phone with HWK. By pressing scan buttom - mx-key read information an phone info work ok. only BUS-Check don´t work, allways bootloader problem, and i can not flash !!!

its not from wrong loader choice

its from wrong loader send by mx with some dct4 models

OK. I have installed mx-key v3.2, then 3.3v1.6, and i have all bootloder folder:

I have tested all folder, but nothing works !!!

really mx-key work with UB ? are you tryed ?
i have a some problem using ufs as fbus interface
after reading this thread , i was try with ub , but not work , mx-key can't find ub as interface , i try refresh , but not work

SOLUTION TO: " bootloader not responding mostly ram problem message"
here is the solution:
1- create folder and name it "FLASH LOADERS"
2- copy all known loaders from jaf, hwk, cyclone, old mx-key version and PASTE IT THERE
3- Now paste the folder in C:\mobileEx\3.3\modules\{3EBAF427-9F55-419F-8A75-385DFC651169}\flash\Flash Loaders
4- Then Go to "CONFIG" and tick "FLASH UPDATE DIRECTORY" and select "FLASH LOADERS" which you have created.
