I am using "Orange Box" / SW Ver. 3.5 Rev 1.7. But i cant fix the following security error.

mr. manhole. my hti box was working fine untill, i tried to update using 3.6-1.7 updater.

while trying to upgrade the updater software froze(3.6 1.7) and when it unfrozen i get error about server connection. since then the green light on the right side with rj45 face you keeps blinking none stop.

i tried using regular mxkey soft but hti not detected in drop down list and when i click up date - the process went through smoothly.

then i reconnect box and open software again and box still not detected in software neither smart card. i reinstalled many times after and both smrt card and box still not detecting.

i think the 3.6-1.7 update is buggy. cause as i said before my box was quite fine untill i tried that soft.

i need fix to repair my box now please

You have to connect your HTI. From your screen shot I do not see any HTI connected.
