im trying to log in in mx key own site it says use dongle id to sign in and the password you sent but it doesnt work also it askes for licenxce 2 ??? br

1 connect mxkey dongal
2 go to option
3 server
4 server list
5 go to support

I have AMD ATHLON processor which not supporting MXKEY. So I can not update my MXKEY. I can not log support area. I have informed several time in this forum. No one solve this problem. Now I become hopeless.
