MXKEY not assigned, please insert activated dongle - GSM-Forum

hi. when flashing via usb i get the above error when i connect the phone(X3) but when flashing a different phone(eg 6500s) with cable it works perfectly.

i tried reinstalling the smartcard drivers & then a complete reinstall but still the same

PROBLEM SORTED

connected dongle directly to pc usb & not the 4 way usb hub like before, reinstalled mx & now is all fine

just plug the mxkey dongle directly to pc.......

some times same kind of issue happen with me too ever usb is inside back of pc directly.. not using any hub
