MXKEY not detected./ - GSM-Forum

Hi, i have mxkey but is not getting detected by my computer can someone help me ?
I think this is drivers problem tried reinstall but not working when working with fresh comp works but when i install all my tools it doesnt,. tried disconnecting everything and use mxkey alone but not works

Maybe it crashed with another smart card. If you are not sure, after install another smart card / applications, always check your mx-key by run mx-key program. So, from this steps, you may know what exactly caused your mx-key not detected by your pc.

Hope you can solve it.

yes i know but does anyone know with what tool it crashed? i disconnect all tools and use mxkey only and not work

Because you already install another smart card driver. It's not change anything when you unplug all smart card except mx-key. See your device manager. Setool can caused this error and another smart card too.

how can i reinstall mxkey smart card driver? i was looking for the link but dont see .. i used pkey driver

You not have software problem, Your card has been pushed, or has left the reader
