when i conect mxkey it give error

a usb device has exceeded the power limit of its hub port


pls help i hav dct4 bb5 credits in it

my bro change your pc soket or try with other pc ..if not working then try to change your smart card reder

I solved this problem by using an external powered USB HUB. Try it.

If this do not solve your problem, your dongle hardware is broken. Contact your reseller for warranty.

the better solution:
1) take pkey smart card from card reader and put in the trash can.
2) put mx-key smart card in the ex pkey dongle.

in this form you will kill 2 ducks with one shot.

look in control panel what is consuming your usb power
