MxKey problem....


After updating to mobileEx 3.5 (rev1.3) the SW crashes and windows displays
mobileEx Professional Service Tool has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I have read on this forum that a lot of users have this problem and i have tryed everything that i have read but whitout any results.
Can any 1 help me with this problem, can anyone form support adress this problem

uninstall old setup,disable antivirus,install fresh setup.

I did that already several times, i deleted the folder where it was located, i dont have a antivirus so there's no conflict there.. Still no luck, the problem persist

i sloved this problem for me--tvo laptop tvo pc--
reinstal --delete mobile ex folder restart pc..
disable antivirus and firewall...install fresh mobile ex--after install go in device menager an manualy install correct driver.unplug mx box and open mobile ex --synchronize files--need restart aplication and again synchronize files...again restart aplication..good luck..

I installed the 3.5 rev 1.0 and it works, it's the last one that works for me, everything above it crashes.. Can anyone from support give me a solution for this problem please?
