We bought 20 pcs MX-SIM, but none of them wants to be conected with the software. When applying any card software communicates with it. The problem is neither the reader nor the drivers.

First, your title is wrong. Should be "MXSIM problem".

I can see from your screen shot you do not have problem with driver.

Did you test all MXSIM ? All have this problem ?

If all have this problem, this is strange.
May be you do something wrong and the connection between MXSIM pins and Dongle pins not working.

Do you use the plastic adapter provided with MXSIM ?

BR,
Manole

Hi, Manole!
I apologize for the title. My mistake! Of the 20 cards, 10 give the same error. I tried 5 different models card reader + a few boxes. The effect is the same! As can be seen from the screen shots by putting
any other card to communicate with her.
PS: The remaining 10 cards do not count myself open them.
