"Access vilation at address 004D11FA in module 'mobileEx.exe'. Read of address 00000000" press ok its display

"Access violation at address 00462183 in module 'mobileEx.exe'. Read of address 00000057 To recover please uninstall application, backup all user files files(data/backup forlder) and delete all files inside "C"\mobileEx\3.5\" then reinstall application

pls help me

close program and oen again and sign in aplication.

manuel istall driver lock in device menager-smart card reader
must have this
HTI smartcard reader

driver find in mobileEx 3.5 (rev0.0)

this for mx-box inide card

do app. sign after it opened

i have very same problem.but my dongle is dtected and i have checked in "device manager" every thing is fine.i dont see any thing to be installed.i recieved the same error,i closed the application again opend it.signup the application and restart the computer and restart the application also.but still same error,no use of it.
please Alim help us as it is very troublesom we can not use 3.4 and now 3.5 is also not working.

is there already usb card reader driver for vista...
until now i can't using mxbox that i already buy...

i can't reinstall my computer caused by my computer already connected many other box for flashing other brand phone...

please help...
