cant login on server, can help?

No problem with server mate use latest version click server list to get server id's click on desired server and then click go to support

working like a charm

Try this:
1. delete the file mobileEx.xml located in this folder C:\mobileEx\3.4
2. restart software and make sign in application again

Tell me what is your mxkey serial number.
Tell me what internet service provider are you using.

im also facing problem.
when i click on IMAGE DOWNLOAD.
SERVER->Served by MXKEY - BLADE X at host1, agent version 1.1 revision 0.1

then negotaiting with server
then transaction finished,
but no option to download file
