do selftest


and


connect mxkey

use pm file1,309

yeah, it is easier before rev 1.7 & 1,8.

click repair sd, and load FULL PM instead of pm 1 & 309 only, then write it with all field must be written succesfully...

do u have hti bro? do as i say if u have hti:
1. DISCONNECT YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION, in order to prove hti sx4 standalone, not standtogether...
2. click repair sd/sd auth, then superdongle will be okay, and pm can be written after that.
3. click write (load pm file from your computer or u can find it in rfbb folder)

Br we are using mxkey for last 2 and half year. We know better how it works. But ver 1.8 can not works to repair security test failed as earlier ver in all. It is product support section so Let product supporter to support us before your rubbish answer.

Br, first we have to know what kind of data in area of permanent memory 1 and 309 AND what is SX4.

Why to recover certificate to repair Security test failed problem.
Like other PM you can not copy past 1 and 309 from other handset. Need generation.

But in some HTI boxes specially old boxes after update box firmware it is not working properly with mentioned ver.

So I request product supporter/Manager to draw attention to the matter.
