phone:3110c contact service simlock-valid super dongle key-valid simlock test-passed security test-passed. but still contact service iinfo:cnfig.key000000000000 recover cer:socket error(10054)connec.reset by peer. solution please

use selftest using mxkey and hwk compare both and see if theres a hardware fault.
