mxkey team hti flasherinterface[winusb]
the requested protocols are incompatible with the protocol currently in use with the card

i have re installed windows again same problem ????

while i am clicking bus cheak it hang up

restart mobile ex again shows this error

i have windows xp also and seven also both of them have the same issue

wich antivirus are you using pls add mobile ex excluse list then try again

1.install windows
2.do not install antivirus
3. do not connect hti box or mx key dongle
3. install new version of mx key they give us result {mobileEx 3.5 (rev2.2)
4.connect mx key and hti box
