And we give support to our resellers and distributors and I do not see any of them to complain about our support. This is the normal way, right ? And about your reseller, he never contacted with me. I was by reseller in the shop with my mxkey .over 2 monts ago have tested my Dongle and he said ,it blocked from server.. it will solve he contact manole over PM,and i must wait - one week later said , Manole give not answer i have to wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait 2 and 3 and 4 weeks later said still wait wait........... I trust him no more, i think last chance to get help is contact you. Please sir let me not beg, solve my problem . THX |

Member: 786200 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19 | As i have readed, problem is that your mx-key is blocked.. If it's blocked you can't sign application.. By the way, try downloading and installing newest version 3.4 revision 1.9.. And if you have an active firewall deactivate it (perhaps if you can check servers it's not firewall probelm).. |

It has a technical problem and for this type of problems we offer warranty to all our resellers. If your reseller lie to you, then is time to think twice next time when you want to buy something else from him. I will personally delete him from reseller list. To solve your problem from our since, we can replace your MXKEY but you have to send us the dongle and pay the delivery costs go and back. I will change your dongle MXKEY FREE OF CHARGE in WARRANTY.
