my mxkeybox after install new version is eroor please help for repair dis eroor

after open the program:

to other loptop work very good!!!

after install new version show this eroor!!!

Bro. Open Mxkey application without connecting HTI Box, Click Update HTI & Connect HTI Box immediately will make every thing OK.
