MXKEY TEAM, Why my mxkey can't exchange! - GSM-Forum

Sorry i can't english well! So in this post will use little other lang.

1. I bought my MXKEY on COMMUNICATION-SHOP at ITC ROXY MAS JAKARTA on oktober 2008
2. Before i know that MXKEY must be change. I only update my software untill i get "sorry your smartcard is blocked..........etc! Last i install mxkey v 3.2 bugfixed then i get state "your card/dongle is old, pleasa contact........etc!
3. I am surfing on id.mxkey.biz and i click "forum" tab. I read (on end may 2009) that MXKEY old must change with new dongle/card.
3. Then i send it to distributor. After wait for 1 moth half. I'm getting the word that my MXKEY can't be change with new one, because it blocked with cracked soft of mxkey.

For *** i never use cracked soft, it's blocked with mxkey soft self. It's joke, i never heard cracked soft to use with MXKEY dongle! And i never use clone box, i bougt original box like jaf, mt-box, setool, smartclip, martech, infinity, spiderman, pinfinder, nss, p-key, mxkey. And i never use non original software!!!

Please the answer from MOBILE-EX TEAm. How i can change it, it's BLOCKED with MXKEY SOFT SELF...!!! On site id.mxkey.biz there is no information for changing dongle, PLEASE the team!

just wait for the replies of supporters, all i know is must be change, your reseller must change it.

What do i buy of part? Only card, only dongle or fullset of that part? Please tell me...

Sorry, is not there way to change it, even it's block with mxkey soft self?
