Today I tried to use my Mxkey card with newest sw MXkey v3.5 rev1.3.
When I run the Nokia sw I got this message :
[UnauthorizedFault] Card [C0800xxx] is BLOCKED (case id=0xCC02)

please contact your reseller to fix the problem.

I have bought this Mx card 2 years ago from dani146.
Till now this card worked well, but after the your server data base was affected by the Hurricane, I can not read my credit details, I can read only card number.

This error message is not case id=0xCC04, it is case id=0xCC02!!!
I have attached the picture.

What should I do.

My error message is not case id=0xCC04, it is case id=0xCC02!!!
Your link pont to case which is id=0xCC04,!!!
