i flash 2pcs 3500c using hti box it stop when flashing ppm, i flash it using ufs3 as interface flash done, what is the problem?

in my case helped downgrade from v3.5 rev1.3 to v3.5 rev1.2 :-)

Hi

i install version 3.5 rev 1.2 but i have this problem

Starting application sign request ...

[UnauthorizedFault] Card [C08522D9] is not assigned (case id=0xCC07)

and the app is not response

then when i click Register this is the log

Starting card activation ...

[UnauthorizedFault] Card [C08522D9] is not assigned (case id=0xCC04)
please ask your reseller to fix the problem.
Card activation task completed.

Please could u helpme which ar those errors.

This could be a problem on the other side of the cable (I mean the other side of the "Internet"

). Not authorized card or something.

...in my case the problem was just in signing the application (without errors. only hang at text: Starting application sign request

I have a big problem with jafbox. I cann't open the software.without jafbox it open normaly.how can solve this problem?
