Got it done after update patch then sync files everything wiil be ok.
But
[ u have to copy [sl3u.exe] into
[C:\mobileEx\3.5\modules\{3EBAF427-9F55-419F-8A75-385DFC651169}] here.
when sync first time after install 3.5/1.4 this file is missing [sl3u.exe] so copy this file some where safest place, before sync first time.

then patch. then copy sl3u file to resepected directory. now sync everything will be ok..

[CR1] DCT4PLUS remaining credit: 100
[CR2] BB5 remaining credit: 100

I have same error after I extracted the files to this folder C:\mobileEx\3.5\

but when I Restart App and wait until its done then connect HTI Flasher Interface
and then Synchronize Files it works perfect....
