Hi, I have download the latest version of the soft, couldn't unlock 6220c, is it because when I open mx-key exe its saying "Dongle is activated with limited activities". How to resolve this?

what do you mean "use ufs"? it doesnt work with JAF?

Is working with JAF BOX interface and with UFS BOX interface , no problem.

What is your serial number of mxkey ?

What windows you are using ?

Can you give us screen shot ?

if you use jaf as interface sometimes says like this ("Dongle is activated with limited activities ) thats not going to be a problem if you want to unlock use these process

just go to imei ans security area and select simlock and tick init simlock/repair sl if in these process your problem not solved then backup rpl and then make reset npc and again restore rpl ,sx4and pm

it is working with both interface but with jaf some funtion is not avilable so it sowing limited activitic

getting:Card is activated with limited activities just with jaf as interface but ufs give not this msg but its working you can unlock and flash with without any troubles they are the same.
