my green mxbox red light problem

please,help me when i plug mxbox to pc, box shows red light only and not working and doesn't detect usb. It happened after updating box

To update driver in C:/mobileEx/3.5/data/driver/hit

still problem not solve go to dvice Manager ;;

2,right clik USP SMART CARD READERS,
3, CLICK , NO NOT THIS TIME
4,,TICK,,INSTALL FROM LIST OR SPECIFIC LOCATION (ADVANCED)
5 CLICK NEXT
6,SELECT LOCATION C;\3.5\data\drivers\card\CCID
7,CLIK NEXT CARD DRIVER IS UPDATE PROSSING

STILL HAVE PROBLEM
8,SELECT other LOCATION C;\3.5\data\drivers\hti may be your problem is slove

thanks for useful posts but any computers don't see mxbox. when plugged to any pc. it there is a red led lighting in box and computer doesn't see box at all. please help me I am afraid box is dead
