Is my HTI dead? (SOLVED)

Hy, i have just purchased my brand ney hti box after being an mxkey dongle user.
I bought it on this forum, i think it comes directly from Manole.
The problem is that i conected it, and when i decided to update the box, it gave me an error like "no security dongle detected" and it never worked again.
I tried the box on some other computers and it doesnt work too.
When I plug it, the box starts blinking in red and then in green, again and again in a loop.
I think my box is dead, isn´t it?

Eyes open, and I already said that this box dont work, I tried on some different computers, and always the same. Now the box even dont ansk for drivers, just blinks.
And the computers dont recognize the box.

Bro. LED's Blinking means have to Update HTI Box.

Run Mxkey Apps. without Connecting HTI Box, Click Update HTI & Connect HTI Box to PC immediately will Update, Restart Mxkey Apps. & post result.

brother solution is here remove your card in hti box put in another reader conect box update all willi be fine

I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM today

1- insert smart card to one card reader or pkey reader connect to computer and open the mobileEx 3.5

2- when the mobileEx 3.5 is open conect the hti to the pc

3.update hti
