my jaf box was not working after connect with mxkey - GSM-Forum

i connect jaf box with mx key it says
Using device: POTATO BOX, FW ver: 01.B4
Library version: 1.0.0.8336(03-05-2010), 1.0.0.12955(03-05-2010)
Unknown ID !
Error getting boot info ! what is the problem please help me ................

try to connect your box to other PC

then open JAF SW...

if ask to UPDATE FW then do it..

but if it still shows UNKNOWN ID, then its time to repair your BOX
