so we have to used win7 with Box? coz am having the problem here.

nop all user can use in xp too, check box when connect to pc... if light blinking you have to update and fallow info..

May i know which OS you using, XP 2 or 3,

Try to Update HTI Box,

You missing something while Updating Drivers,

I am on xp pack3 and my box is orange just get it yerterday and the box 2 light are just bulinking why on my pc box just connect and disconnect at the same time. so i have take out the card and put it in a key donge and the card work find,so what can be the problem i have try it on a win7 but still have the same problem connect and disconnect at the same time
