i have check all mobile with other mx box all are ok but my box having problem cable are ok so plz tell me

Bb5 is ok having problem of xgold

- Make sure you are using a good quality of mini usb cable.
- Sure this cable + phone is good?

tick x gold option and tick mcu file bar option(mcu file must be present any ver.)

in DCT4 all is ok
