| My Mx dosent work at Win7 & Winxp I had successfully installed MX key application. but when i click on MobileEX 3.4 icon o desktop within a secound it get disappered. Please Help me out Prathmesh |

| 1.DISABLE ANTIVIRUS,AND UNINSTALL MX-KEY AND DELETE FOLDER 'MOBILE EX" 2.RE INSTALL MOBILE EXE SUIT. 1.GO IN DEVICE MANAGER AND UNINSTALL DRIVER OF SMART CARD, 1.REMOVE DONGLE AND RE-INSERT THAN MANUALY GIVE DRIVER OF CARD FROM Mobile Ex folder. 3.OPEN UR MX-KEY SUIT IT WILL WORK PERFECTLY. |
